Would you like to work in a brilliant, forward-thinking school where:
Swinton Fitzwilliam Primary School is a larger than average primary school but still enjoys a family ethos where all children and all staff matter. We are looking for someone who is highly-motivated, creative and an inspirational classroom practitioner who is committed to maintaining the highest educational standards for all pupils. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and good sense of humour are essential.
We are part of White Woods Multi- Academy Trust and work closely with our colleagues in these schools and with other schools across Rotherham. Included in the staff already at Fitzwilliam we have experienced NQT Mentors, Specialist Leaders of Education and a wealth of experience and support to draw on. Come along and meet us – you won’t regret it.
The successful candidates will work with our enthusiastic children who have a love of learning and therefore we need someone who will motivate and excite them, set high expectations and encourage them to do their best at all times. We are seeking someone who will be able to plan and deliver an engaging and exciting curriculum suitable for the needs of all the pupils they teach; someone with high expectations of attainment, achievement and behaviour.
We would like to hear from you if you want to be part of a hard-working team and are ambitious. In your letter of application we would like you to tell us what your interests are and how we can help you in your continuing professional development.
We are, unfortunately, in between websites at the moment so visits to the school are encouraged.
Please telephone the school office to arrange to come and see us at work. Visits to the school will take place on Thursday 14th June at 3.45pm or Friday 15th June at 8:30am.
Application forms are available from Mrs Jane Flaherty, Swinton Fitzwilliam Primary School, Broadway, Swinton, Mexborough, S64 8HF and are available by requesting a pack by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Telephone 01709 874418.
Applications must be returned by 12 noon on Tuesday 19th June. Candidates, who we would like to interview, will be notified on Wednesday 20th June and the interview process will take place on Monday 25th June.
This post involves working with children and therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at an enhanced level. Further information about the Disclosure Scheme can be found at www.gov.uk/disclosure-barring-service-check
