Starting 1st January 2018 or earlier by arrangement MPS/UPS +1 SEN (Depending on experience) or + 2 SEN (for qualified TOD)
Rotherham Hearing Impairment Team are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Teacher of the Deaf to join our well-established committed team. An interest in working across the ages (0-19) would enhance the Team. The post may involve peripatetic work and some specialist teaching.
The Team works across the borough within the home, pre-school, school, resource base and college settings supporting the educational, social and emotional needs of deaf/HI children and young people.
We are looking to recruit a Teacher of the Deaf. Excellent communication skills are essential, including at least a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language.
